Are you not happy with your KOEL shoes? Send back to us!

Have access to your return Portal, register your return and download the label to stamp on the parcel.

At the same time, a confirmation email will be send to you and as you wish print it out later, we kindly ask you to use the label provided.

If sending back your return at your own expense ( Ship with any carrier), this does not limit your right of withdrawal, but we kindly ask you for a little more patience.

For each additional return, we charge a shipping fee of €4.90 for returns from Europe, €9.90 Finaland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, and €19.90 United States, Australia, Israel, New Zealand, Canada and €24.90 for Switzerland

This fee will be retained from refunds.

How international returns works? Easy!

You will receive a link from us where you can make an appointment for UPS Express to pick up your parcel.

Your parcel can then either be picked up directly from your home by the UPS Express or you can be delivered to a UPS Express packing station.

Notice: You can pack several returns of different orders in one package.

 

What do we need from you?

1. Please register each return in its corresponding order on our returns portal
2. We ask you to leave a note in the comment field, telling us the orders from which you are returning items.
3. Print out each return label of the individual orders, stick one on the package and enclose the other(s) in the package.
4. As part of an environment project, we request your assistance to do not damage the shoe box and also do not stamp any label direct on it. We suggest to use of a plactic bag or other protection material.

 

General return information:

In the case of a complaint, we support the return costs.

For the refund, we use the same methods of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you specify other methods.

Note: In no case will you be charged for this refund.

To help us to speed up the process, we ask you to place a new order, if you need a different size or a different model.

We only accept returns of unworn shoes in their original packaging, so keep it until you decide not to make use of your right of withdrawal.
